Something good
is brewing.
A craft brewery and BBQ brewpub is coming to Machida. Beers brewed with care. American-style smoked BBQ done properly over real wood.
For now? Planning, tinkering, and testing recipes in the garage.

Chief Words & WiresBritish expat who washed up in Japan 18 years ago and never left. English teacher, 3D animator, IT guy: the only person here qualified to argue in three different professional vocabularies.
Handles the paperwork, the website, and the Japanese (N3, “dangerously confident”).
Biggest weakness: indulgences.
Fortunately, he's opening a brewery.
Eric
Chief Pipes & PansEngineer by training with a culinary background, so he can build the machine and then cook on it.
Responsible for everything that is metal, hot, or under pressure. Will absolutely tell you the correct way to do it.
And the third wheel? Look at the logo. It's been through a lot.
